April 26, 2023 a Round Table on presentation of the Draft VNR of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade with the participation of heads of ministries and agencies, representatives of UN agencies, public organizations, private sector, academia and national sectoral experts.

On April 26, 2023, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, met with the Coordinator of the UN Office in Tajikistan, Ms. Parvathy Ramaswami, during which the further expansion and development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties was discussed.

On April 25, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited the Sarband hydropower plant in the city of Levakant and put into operation the hydro unit No. 1 of this important energy facility of the country.
