On May 5, 2023, the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Salekhzod Ashurboy Abduvokhid met with the Ambassadors of the European Union countries under the leadership of the Ambassador of the European Union to Tajikistan.

Discussion of important issues of friendly relations and beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan in the framework of strategic partnership began at a tete-a-tete meeting between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorable Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and then continued through the negotiations with the participation of the large delegations of both sides.

On May 3, 2023, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, met with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Tajikistan, Umut Adzhar, during which issues of expanding and further developing trade and economic cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
