On November 26, 2024, at the initiative and with the direct support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, the opening ceremony of high-level events of the UN Special Program for the Economy of Central Asia "SPECA", including the Economic Forum on "Green Development in the SPECA region", was held at the National Library.

On November 22, 2024, a solemn meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of the leadership and staff of the central office on the occasion of the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.

26-28 November 2024 – The Republic of Tajikistan hosts high-level events of the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia "SPECA", including the Governing Council, the Economic Forum on "Green Development in the SPECA Region" and the plenary sessions of the Working Groups.
