Holding of the International Investment Forum Dushanbe-2023

Within the framework of the International Investment Forum "Dushanbe – 2023", the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan held a panel discussion "Development of the green economy, digitalization and free economic zones in the Republic of Tajikistan".

The event was held on September 29, 2023 at the State Library of Tajikistan, which was attended by guests from different countries.

The panel presented a presentation of the Strategy for the development of the “green” economy, the institute development of the digital economy, the digitization of banking services in the banking system of the Republic of Tajikistan and investment opportunities in free economic zones. At the same time, the panel heard reports from representatives of foreign countries on the successful practice of digitalization.

The purpose of the panel is to create favorable conditions for dialogue and familiarization with best practices, expanding cooperation between government agencies, the private sector and foreign investors.

Also at the end of this panel, four documents on cooperation in the amount of $ 51 million were signed between the administration of free economic zones and foreign and domestic investors.
