On 12 December 2016 in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan was held a meeting between the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Umed Davlatzod and the Director for Country Economics and Policy of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Mr. Artur Radziwill.
