Meeting of the Interagency Working Group on Monitoring and Evaluation of Strategic Planning Documents in 2025

On June 5, 2025, at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, under the esteemed leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Mr. Solehzoda A.A., a regular session of the Interagency Working Group on Monitoring and Evaluation of Strategic Planning Documents was convened with the participation of representatives from relevant ministries and agencies.

 

During the session, the implementation status of five key strategic planning documents was thoroughly reviewed, namely:

  • The Renewable Energy Program for 2023–2027;
  • The Development Program for Geodesy and Cartography in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022–2026;
  • The State Program for the Development of School Nutrition in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022–2027;
  • The State Program for the Development of Educational Institutions in Khatlon Region for 2022–2027;
  • The Program for State Support and Development of the Private Sector in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023–2027.

Reports on the progress of implementation were delivered by the responsible officials, including:

  • Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Safarzoda Manuchehr Bahodur;
  • Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Safarmakhmadzoda Mirzovali;
  • Head of the Department for the Organization of Medical Services for Mothers and Children and Family Regulation at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Nabiev Zokhir Nazrulloevich;
  • Head of the Department of Economy and Planning in the Field of Education and Science at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Safarzoda Ibrokhim;
  • Head of the Department for Entrepreneurship Support at the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Zabirzoda Nekru Khanjar.

Following comprehensive deliberations, pertinent decisions were adopted to ensure the timely execution of action plan items, identification and mobilization of funding sources, maintenance of high quality standards in implementation, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation, among other critical issues.

In light of the discussions and the current implementation status, a detailed report will be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for further consideration.
