Eighteenth meeting of the Simplification Coordination Committee Trading procedures

On April 9, 2023, the 18th meeting of the Coordination Committee for Trade Facilitation (IRGC) was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin.

At the meeting, the implementation of preliminary protocol tasks and reports on the implementation of protocol tasks of the seventeenth meeting of the Coordination Committee for Simplification of Trade Procedures by the Customs Service and the Tajikstandart Agency was discussed in connection with the use of best practices in the implementation of the authorized economic regulator, proposals to reduce the list of goods, works and services, subject to mandatory certification, commodity list of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan, problems of the textile industry, etc.

Nuriddinzoda A.N. noted that within the framework of the instructions and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, a number of significant works have been carried out in the country in the indicated directions, directly to simplify trade procedures, and ministries and departments jointly with the private sector and development partners regularly take practical measures within the framework of meetings of the Coordination Committee on Trade Facilitation.

Also during the meeting, a free dialogue took place between representatives of government bodies and the private sector, where the issues discussed directly contribute to the implementation of strategic documents and the sustainable economic development of the country.
