The Minister of Economic Development and Trade took part in the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Panj district

In order to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin took part in events dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Panj district.

On the morning of September 9, an official ceremony in honor of the 32nd anniversary of State Independence with a theatrical and cultural program took place at the Central Stadium of the district. Zavqizoda Z. A. spoke at the event, congratulating the residents of the district on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of State independence, as well as employees of defense and law enforcement agencies on the 30th anniversary of the creation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and presenting medals and certificates to a number of employees of the executive government authority of the Panj district and representatives of law enforcement agencies on the occasion of these two historical holidays.

Zavqizoda Z. A. noted in his speech that during independence, under the wise leadership of the founder of peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, along with peace and stability, the sustainable development of all socio-economic spheres of cities and regions was ensured. In particular, in just 22 years of independence, the district budget increased almost 9 times, the volume of agricultural production by 8 times, industrial production by 16 times, and the average salary of residents by more than 120 times.

After the cultural event, Zavqizoda Z. A. visited the border detachment of the region and took part in the military parade. Having also familiarized himself with the working and living conditions of military personnel, he organized a festive party for them in honor of the 32nd anniversary of state independence and the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.

As part of the festive events in the Panj district, Zavqizoda Z. A. took part in the opening of a number of festive facilities, including additional classes with more than 200 seats, sports grounds and medical centers in the towns and villages of the region, congratulated residents on the holiday of State Independence and the surrender of commissioning of new facilities.

At the same time, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade took part in an exhibition of agricultural, industrial products and folk crafts, which was held in the cultural and entertainment park of the district and provided financial assistance to orphans, the disabled and the needy.
