On 4 July 2019, at the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan the Minister, Nematullo Hikmatullozoda, met with the Minister of Finance, senior consultant and special representative of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mr. Muhammad Humoyun Kayumi, who arrived in Dushanbe.
